Georg Dionysius Ehret ( 30 Jan. 1708– 9 Sep. 1770), a German botanist and entomologist, and is best known for his botanical illustrations.

Alfred Chandler ( 1804- 1896), an English nurseryman in Vauxhall, known for the drawings of the varieties of Camellia japonica, cultivated in the gardens of Great Britain . ( top 3rd stamp)

Augusta Innes Withers ( 1793-1877), an English natural history illustrator, known for her illustrating of John Lindley's Pomological Magazine. ( top 5th stamp: Fuchsia 'Princess of Wales')

Charlotte Sowerby ( 1820-1865), an English natural history illustrator, little is known of her other than she was the eldest daughter of the respected conchological artist George Brettingham Sowerby.

Pierre-Joseph Redouté ( 10 Jul. 1759- 19 Jun. 1840), a Belgian painter and botanist, known for his watercolours of roses, lilies and other flowers at Malmaison, nicknamed "The Raphael of flowers".
